    We have been in search for a large condo since early 2025 and came across Nigel's company on the website. He immediately responded and was fully engaged to assist us with the search. We have some unique requirements, 3 full bedrooms, 2 or more parking spaces plus pet allowed, which made the search that much more challenging. But Nigel has always been helpful, very prompt in assisting us with scheduling showings, and getting answers to our neverending questions. We finally found the place on Nov and he was super efficient in facilitating our offer, negotiation with the seller, arranging inspection (which he even paid for) and lawyer to complete the deal. Nigel's team helped us through all the legal paperwork and made the whole purchase experience very swift. We will definitely use his service again!
